Design and develop test strategy, test planning, and test approach for products.
Design, develop, execute, and maintain test scenarios and test cases for functional, manual, or web-based applications across different platform offerings.
Detect and report defects and close follow-up to ensure closure of issues.
Participate in scrum calls with customers and internal stakeholders.
Understand the application architecture, develop test cases, and perform functional and regression testing based on user stories.
Ensure that testing activities allow applications to meet business requirements and identify existing or potential issues.
Report and investigate issues with reproducible steps, screenshots, and relevant information.

Skills and Experience

5+ years of experience in functional or manual testing concepts.
Minimum three years of experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Must have prior experience in the Retail domain.
Should be proficient in API testing, AWS technologies, and front-end web testing for e-commerce websites. Must have prior software experience using Jira, test rail, and expertise in agile methodology, system integration testing, and end-to-end testing.
Prior development experience and knowledge of other automation tools would be a plus.
Good understanding of order flow in e-commerce systems and marketplace integration with e-commerce platforms would be a huge advantage.
Should be fluent with CCP (Cart and Checkout) - Ecom Cart and Checkout Flows.
Comfortable running promotions and campaigns related to QA.
Good experience in functional testing with a focus on test planning, bug hunting, test execution, and communicating with stakeholders is desirable.
Willingness to learn new technologies, a positive attitude, and good communication skills are non-negotiable.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
