Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Technical Lead / Architect focused on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B). The role involves leading the design, development, and delivery of integrated eCommerce solutions across multiple systems including ERP, PIM, CMS, and DAM.
The candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end solution architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security of the eCommerce ecosystem, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B)
- Lead end-to-end eCommerce solution delivery across integrated platforms
- Manage integrations with ERP, PIM, CMS, DAM, and third-party services
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical solutions and improvements
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security, and performance standards
- Conduct code reviews and maintain high code quality standards
- Lead and mentor teams (5–10 members) in an Agile environment
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Salesforce, with strong exposure to B2B environments
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B)
- Strong experience with Apex, integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), and Salesforce configurations
- Experience working with integrated eCommerce ecosystems
- Hands-on experience with GitHub and CI/CD practices
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts
- Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, or DynamoDB) is a plus
- Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum) methodologies
- Experience in code reviews, unit testing, and automated testing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
