Salesforce Business Systems Analyst, Devices and Services

Role Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of projects, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and managing stakeholder expectations through to launch.
• Work with stakeholders to identify business problems and design sustainable solutions that scale and automate operations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define, build, deploy, and support systems and software solutions.
• Lead systems implementation projects, including requirements documentation, testing, and issue resolution.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce systems.
• 5 years of experience building integrated systems through the entire lifecycle.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to define requirements and manage technical projects.
