Job Description:
- Role Overview: Drive business growth and revenue by identifying new opportunities for Salesforce products, services, and solutions, while managing client relationships and strategic sales initiatives.
- Business Growth & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Salesforce implementations, integrations, and managed services; maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and partnerships.
- Client Engagement: Understand client business needs and propose suitable Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce, and Industry Clouds; conduct client presentations, demos, and solution discussions.
- Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with Salesforce consultants, developers, and architects to design and deliver customized solutions; translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
- Sales Strategy & Account Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets; manage key accounts and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Market Research & Partnerships: Stay current with Salesforce trends, products, updates, and partner ecosystem; leverage networks within Salesforce teams, customers, and partners.
- End-to-End Sales Cycle: Drive the complete sales process including lead generation, opportunity qualification, proposal preparation, negotiations, and closures.
Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: 6+ years in Salesforce solution selling with proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales quotas.
- Skills: Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem; ability to engage with senior stakeholders; excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; network within Salesforce ecosystem; exposure to regulated industries; prior experience with Salesforce consulting partners or system integrators.
- Certifications: Salesforce certifications are an added advantage.
