Job Description
We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst 5+ years to support the NDC API Product Business Unit within the airline industry. The role focuses on leveraging Salesforce CRM data to enable secure registrations, access control, fare filing, product capability usage, and self-service functionality across NDC and non-NDC channels.
The Business Analyst will work closely with the Salesforce Product Owner, development teams, NDC teams, Sales, and IAG stakeholders to enhance product capabilities, ensure data integrity, and support continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Data Analysis
Understand the Salesforce product suite, platform framework, and account structures.
Analyze and assess Salesforce data used by APIs and non-NDC channels.
Create reports and insights to support product usage and decision-making.
Interpret data flows and business requirements across integrated systems.
Process Improvement & Support
Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support the NDC Helpdesk by analyzing issues and recommending solutions.
Assist other NDC teams by responding to functional and data-related queries.
Agile Administration & Documentation
Attend Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and capture meeting notes.
Manage and maintain project documentation.
Write and refine user stories and support backlog grooming in Jira.
Maintain and enhance Confluence team pages and documentation repositories.
Stakeholder Coordination
Act as a liaison between development teams, NDC teams, Sales, and IAG stakeholders.
Ensure clear communication of requirements, changes, and dependencies.
Testing & Validation
Support system and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Validate solutions against business requirements.
Assist with product sign-off and release readiness.

Experience in business process mapping, analysis, and testing.
Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data from enterprise technology systems.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and ways of working.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, global teams.
