Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce and business analysis, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement Salesforce configurations.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support end-users during the rollout of Salesforce solutions.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to Salesforce processes and workflows.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to users on Salesforce best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-9 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on Salesforce.
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM and its features such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to Salesforce functionalities.
  • Experience with data modeling, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
  • Ability to create reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
