Job Description:

Expertise in gathering and translating business requirements into Epics, User Stories, BRDs, FRDs, process flows (using Lucid chart/Draw.io), test cases, and user training documentation. Skilled in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including stakeholder management, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT coordination.

Adept at collaborating with Admins and Developers to configure Salesforce features, leveraging standard capabilities and proposing customizations where needed.

Strong track record in in-depth analysis of business processes to identify improvement opportunities using Salesforce best practices.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead CRM delivery and presales engagements, Conduct discovery sessions, prepare solution blueprints, create demo orgs, and deliver client-specific presentations.

Develop comprehensive BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams to support project objectives.

Manage and prioritize backlogs, aligning business requirements with strategic goals and timelines.

Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, including configuration tasks like workflows, validation rules, process builders, and custom objects.
