Job Description


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce.

  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for Salesforce solutions.

  • Work closely with Salesforce developers, admins, and architects to design and implement solutions.

  • Configure Salesforce features such as objects, fields, workflows, reports, and dashboards where required.

  • Conduct gap analysis between current business processes and Salesforce capabilities.

  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.

  • Provide training and documentation for end users on Salesforce functionality.

  • Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.

  • Assist in data migration, data quality management, and reporting initiatives.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with Salesforce projects.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Ability to create BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and documentation.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools is preferred.
