Job Description:
- Hands-on experience in implementing Salesforce solutions (Admin, SalesCloud, ServiceCloud).
- Exposure to cloud/enterprise platforms like Microsoft Business Apps, SAP, Zoho, Zendesk, etc.
- Strong ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into user stories.
- Collaborate with technical teams and customers to define scope and deliver solutions.
- Experience working in Agile methodology.
- Skilled in presenting and demonstrating Salesforce features to clients.
- Ability to design solutions across multiple business areas and integration points.
- Proficient in evaluating processes, identifying improvements, and implementing solutions.
- Capability to create mockups and wireframes (low/high fidelity).
