Project Leadership: Collaborate with project teams and clients to scope out projects. Facilitate work planning and technical envisioning to create actionable project phases.
System Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy across the entire platform. Support the maintenance of functional areas like data management, dashboards, and reports. Troubleshoot and maintain existing configurations and development.
Documentation: Prepare all necessary project documentation, including Requirements and Design Documents, Configuration Workbooks, and Test Cases.
Client & User Support: Consult with business users to identify current operating procedures and deliver solutions that meet business objectives. Provide day-to-day end-user support, offer best practices, and participate in cross-functional teams to optimize Salesforce.com.
Development & Integration: Design, develop, and maintain programs to seamlessly synchronize data between core business applications and Salesforce.com. You should have experience with enterprise integration and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools.
Expertise: Act as a Salesforce expert and key contributor in multiple aspects of projects, including architecture, development, configuration, UAT, and data migration.
