Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years as a Business Analyst, with 3+ years dedicated to the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Domain Expertise: Proven experience in Marketing Operations or Sales Ops, specifically managing lead-to-appointment or lead-to-opportunity workflows.
- Tools: Expert level in Jira, Confluence, and Lucidchart.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or Administrator is required. Sales Cloud Consultant is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written skills; ability to influence stakeholders in the US (PST) and India (IST).
- Agile Fluency: Deep understanding of Scrum methodologies and the ability to manage a groomed backlog.
