Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop partnerships with HR and Finance stakeholders to understand strategic direction, business processes, and requirements.
  • Create technical solutions to meet business requirements in Oracle ERP R12 and Cloud Fusion environments.
  • Guide Finance business users in adopting best practices.
  • Define user information requirements and implement testing plans for business and functional processes.
  • Manage test scripts supporting Oracle R12 financial applications and lead technical acceptance testing (Unit, SIT, and QAT) for patches and upgrades.
  • Deliver training content to end users on Oracle ERP processes and functionalities.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices in project execution.
