We are seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce solutions and hands-on pre-sales experience. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technology solutions, drive client discussions, design scalable Salesforce solutions, and support pre-sales activities including proposal creation, demos, and solution pitches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into Salesforce solutions.
- Work with stakeholders to design and optimize Salesforce functionalities (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds).
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and delivery.
- Support pre-sales activities: solution design, RFP/RFI responses, client presentations, demos, and proposal support.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients, aligning Salesforce solutions with business objectives.
- Stay updated with Salesforce product roadmap and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years pre-sales experience in solution design, proposal response, customer demos and client engagement.
- 6+ years experience as a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong understanding across Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds).
- Excellent requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Consultant, or Architect) preferred.
