Salesforce Business Analyst(3-4yrs only)

Role : Salesforce Business Analyst

Experience: 3-4yrs

Must have : Sales, Services,Marketing, community cloud.

Industry: Real-estate(must), Financial and Banking.

Location: Noida, (Sec-142)

Mode: Work from office(5 days a week)

Notice period: Immediate to 15days

Desired: Applicants from Salesforce cloud partner companies were high priority.

Skills Requirement:

Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst

Demonstrated solid client facing and stakeholder management experience

Extensive hands-on experience of managing multiple implementation projects

Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills

Highly skilled in creating, maintaining, and supporting all application development artefacts including BRD, User Stories, Functional Process Flows, Wireframes, Business rule definitions, User manuals and training material

Exceptional demonstration and presentation skills

Knowledge of Sales and Service cloud, Marketing cloud is a must. Add on knowledge of Experience cloud, and Tableau CRM will be highly preferred

Solid core knowledge of Salesforce platform fundamentals

Good understanding of Waterfall/Agile software development lifecycle fundamentals and experience of delivering projects in both type of models.

Applicants with BA certification and any other is preferred.
