Job Description
Role Summary:
Serves as the liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, analyzing current application workflows and documenting end-to-end processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder discussions and facilitate workshops.
- Document business processes, pain points, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Technical Architect to align business and technical requirements.
- Contribute to discovery phase deliverables (BRD, FRD, process maps).
Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce capabilities and limitations.

BA - Business Analyst - Business Process Modelling
BA - Business Analyst - Requirement Gathering
