Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement Salesforce solutions.
Write detailed User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and create wireframes.
Ensure solutions align with business processes and objectives.
Work independently and collaboratively within Agile/Scrum teams.
Support Salesforce projects using Azure DevOps for tracking and reporting.
Provide readiness to support US shift (4 PM – 1 AM IST) when required.
