Teamd is looking for a highly experienced Senior Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud Developer (SFRA) to join our eCommerce Development Team. This role demands deep expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, hands-on development capability, and the confidence to design and deploy complex, production-ready solutions. You will also contribute as a technical mentor, ensuring code quality, architectural consistency, and continuous improvement across our systems.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership and Execution
- Complex Solution Design: Independently design, implement, and document complex solutions and integrations within Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
- Code Quality & Mentorship: Lead code reviews and guide developers; enforce best practices and ensure production-ready code.
- Deployment Ownership: Collaborate with the Development Manager to design and improve deployment processes and security enhancements.
- System Integration: Build and optimize integrations with external systems (payment, OMS, PIM) using APIs and RESTful services.
- Security & Compliance: Work with Information Security to ensure all development aligns with security and compliance standards.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues, identify root causes, and recommend long-term improvements.
Strategic Collaboration
- Work with Corporate Systems, Marketing, Merchandising, and Credit teams to ensure cross-system alignment and enable key business capabilities (personalization, promotions, payments).
- Act as a technical liaison with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Recommend improvements to development processes and workflows to increase efficiency.
Required Qualification
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 47 years of experience developing technical solutions in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Strong hands-on experience specifically in Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud (SFCC/SFRA) and related systems (OMS, PIM, Salesforce Marketing/Data/Service Cloud).
Technical Skills
- Deep understanding of SFRA architecture, data modeling, and security best practices.
- Strong experience with APIs and RESTful web services.
- Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
- Strong documentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Certification and softskills
- Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud Developer Certification (preferred).
- Strong communication skillswritten, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams at all levels.
