Job DescriptionAbout the Role

We are looking for an experiencedSalesforce B2B Support Tech Leadresponsible forL2 and L3 support and maintenanceof the Salesforce B2B Commerce Platform, Umbraco CMS, and Tenovos DAM platform. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Salesforce ecosystems and experience managing production support environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • ProvideL2 and L3 production supportfor Salesforce B2B Commerce platform
  • Maintain and troubleshootUmbraco CMS and Tenovos DAM platforms
  • Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues
  • Manage incident resolution, root cause analysis, and system improvements
  • Coordinate with development and operations teams for issue resolution
  • Implement fixes, patches, and system enhancements
  • Ensure system stability, performance, and security compliance
  • Provide technical leadership and support to the support team
