Looking for Technical Lead/ Architect who can join immediately
This role needs to manage teams working on SFCC B2B Commerce / Hybris along integration with Salsify PIM, Umbraco CMS, Tenovos DAM , SAP using AIS. Needs to play overall leader and provide technical guidance to all of these teams.
Should be well versed with customization, enhancements, testing and deployment of eCommerce ecosystem of applications mentioned above.
Key Responsibilities
- Create/design custom solutions and development on Salesforce commerce cloud B2B application along with good understanding of enhancing PIM, CMS and DAM applications.
- Participate in the entire software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, defect fixing, deployment and documentation.
- Supporting, maintaining and improving the working of existing Salesforce applications for optimal functionality.
- Integrating SFCC B2B / Hybris application with CMS, PIM, SAP ERP. Payment services, Tax services and WMS/3PL is preferred
- Collaborating with stakeholders and other developers to identify and implement improvements for the system.
- Ensuring compliance with security and development standards of Salesforce.
Skills and Experience
- 12 + Years of experience in Salesforce / Hybris and strong exp in B2B Environment
- Experienced in leading a team of 5-10 team members and giving technical guidance to ensure progress on eCommerce solution delivery. Should track the day to day progress with team using JIRA and sprint delivery metrics
- 7+ years of experience with Salesforce Service cloud, APEX development or Salesforce configuration/flows or Similar techs in Hybris (Assisted Services Module (ASM) / Customer Service Cockpit, Java + Spring Framework + Service Layer)
- Experience in using GitHub is mandatory & knowledge on CI/Cd is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge on Object Oriented programming concepts
- Strong working experience in using HTML, JavaScript, CSS
- Experience working with NoSQL data stores like Cassandra, DynamoDB, or MongoDB
- Experience with continuous integration, unit testing, static analysis, and automated integration tests. Continuous delivery experience preferred
- Proven understanding of Scrum and agile principles
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Dedication to and hands-on experience in performing technical code reviews
- Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to successfully connect with both business and technical teams
