A global enterprise cloud solutions provider is seeking a Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will drive architecture strategy while aligning with key business objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring technical excellence throughout the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and design secure, scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Define data models, object relationships, and system integrations with external platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural direction to Salesforce teams.
- Oversee development using Apex, LWC, Flows, and APIs.
- Lead platform integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and event-driven architectures.
- Drive compliance, governance, and performance optimization across Salesforce instances.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development, architecture, and administration.
- Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and integration best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and Agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, security, and compliance within Salesforce.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Architect Certifications (Technical, System, or Application Architect).
- Experience with Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Field Service, or Einstein AI.
- Familiarity with cloud platform integrations: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience in leading enterprise-scale Salesforce transformations.
