We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across Salesforce Clouds and platform capabilities, strong technical leadership skills, and a proven track record of architecting and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals and technical requirements.
- Define data models, object relationships, and strategies for system integration with external platforms (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, event-driven architectures).
- Provide technical leadership and architectural governance across Salesforce development teams.
- Oversee and guide development in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization across Salesforce environments.
- Lead platform-level integrations and API development across enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to deliver scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions.
- Implement and promote CI/CD best practices using modern DevOps tooling.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with a focus on architecture, development, and administration.
- In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.
- Expert-level skills in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce integrations.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, version control systems, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, sharing rules, security architecture, and compliance standards.
Nice to Have:
- Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect).
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Field Service Lightning (FSL), or Einstein AI.
- Experience integrating with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Prior leadership on enterprise-scale Salesforce transformations.
