Salesforce Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design secure, scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Define data models, object relationships, and system integrations with external platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural direction to Salesforce teams.
• Oversee development using Apex, LWC, Flows, and APIs.
• Lead platform integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and event-driven architectures.
• Drive compliance, governance, and performance optimization across Salesforce instances.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development, architecture, and administration.
• Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and integration best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, security, and compliance within Salesforce.

Nice to Have

• Salesforce Architect Certifications (Technical, System, or Application Architect).
• Experience with Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Field Service, or Einstein AI.
• Familiarity with cloud platform integrations: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience in leading enterprise-scale Salesforce transformations.
