We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Architect with 810 years of experience to lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. The role involves owning the overall architecture, guiding development teams, and ensuring best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Job Summary
- Define and own end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.)
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical designs
- Lead architecture discussions, design reviews, and provide technical direction to development teams
- Design data models, security frameworks, and integration patterns
- Architect integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware, and event-driven approaches
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance models
- Drive performance optimization, scalability, and system reliability
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and product owners for solution alignment
- Support estimation, planning, and solutioning during project lifecycle and pre-sales stages
- Mentor developers and admins; review code and technical deliverables
Requirements
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
- Strong knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data modelling
- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
- Deep understanding of Salesforce security model (Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules)
- Experience in CI/CD, DevOps, and release management processes
- Knowledge of large data volume handling and performance tuning
Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (Preferred)
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (Good to have)
