Job Descripon: Responsibilies:
Lead the design and implementaon of Salesforce soluons tailored to Provider Network
Management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translang them
into technical specificaons.
Should work as liaison/connector among external stakeholder (Providers), Internal
(Business/Sales/Market) and Technical teams (Dev/QA/BSA).
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentaon, including soluon design,
configuraon, and user guides.
Ensure the scalability and performance of Salesforce soluons, opmizing for efficiency and
effecveness.
Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best pracces, ensuring compliance with industry
standards and regulaons.
Conduct regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce releases, ensuring seamless
integraon and minimal disrupon.
Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a culture of connuous learning and
improvement.
Qualificaons:
10+ years of experience in Salesforce implementaon.
Strong Omnistudio Exp is must.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, with a focus on Provider Network Management.
Very strong knowledge in Provider domain (provider contracng with Payor Recruing,
Credenaling, Contracng, Onboarding & Ongoing)
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud and related technologies.
Strong understanding of healthcare industry standards, including HIPAA and HL7.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceponal communicaon and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effecvely
with stakeholders at all levels.
Salesforce cerficaons (e.g., Salesforce Cerfied Technical Architect, Salesforce Cerfied
Health Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
Good-to-have Skills:
Experience with integraon tools such as MuleSo.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like ADO (Azure Devops)
Knowledge of data migraon and ETL processes.
Ability to stay current with the latest Salesforce updates and industry trends.
