Salesforce Architect

Insight Global's educational client is modernizing its core systems and is looking for a senior Salesforce Solution Architect to lead a focused assessment of our Salesforce platform and enterprise integrations. This role is critical to strengthening the systems that support our legal research and e-commerce business, and will directly influence future scalability, data governance, and customer access models.

This is a hands-on contract engagement for an experienced architect who can step in quickly, partner with cross-functional teams, and deliver clear, actionable architecture and integration recommendations.

This is a REMOTE 36-month contract, you MUST work 8a-5p PST (8:30pm-5;30am IST). This role pays between 1,844.60 - 2,305.75 PER HOUR.

What You'll Do:

• Assess the current Salesforce environment (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Identity)
• Review architecture and recommend scalable, business-aligned solutions
• Identify integration gaps, data issues, and governance needs
• Produce clear documentation, including architecture diagrams and roadmaps
• Address e-commerce challenges related to selling legal research to law firms and government organizations
• Support readiness for future capabilities such as self-service portals and entitlement-based access

Evaluate and improve integrations with:

• Jitterbit, Salesloft, Marketo
• Staxbill, NetSuite
• Talkdesk, Intercom
