Primary Title: Salesforce Technical Architect
Role & Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned to business strategy, producing high-quality architecture artifacts and governance standards.
- Lead technical discovery, translate business requirements into scalable data models, security models, and integration patterns.
- Define and enforce best practices for Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD pipelines across multiple orgs.
- Architect and oversee integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware or iPaaS solutions to ensure reliable data flow and error handling.
- Partner with delivery teams to review designs, conduct code and architecture reviews, and mentor developers on performance and maintainability.
- Drive release planning, environment strategy, and operational readiness including monitoring, backup, and rollback procedures.
