Requirements:
- 10+ years hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud development experience in a consultative role as an employee or technology consultant required.
- 7+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ required.
- 7+ years of other configure-to-quote and quote-to-order solutions on the Salesforce platform such as Logik.io and Services CPQ preferred.
- Experience with Flosum, Prodly, OmniStudio, Tackle, Salesforce Enablement, Salesforce Partner Community, Spiff, or other installed packages and connected apps a plus.
- Expertise in declarative platform features, Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL required.
- Excellent discernment of the right automation solution for the situation and when to use customization over configuration.
- Maintained Salesforce certification(s); Salesforce Administrator and advanced certifications or relevant years of experience required.
- Pattern of continued learning or certification achievement to stay current on the latest Salesforce platform features and functionality.
- Success in working with functional business leaders in Go-to-Market (GTM) / Sales in mid to large organization(s) in the software, technology, or similar industry.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into concise and complete technical designs.
- History of implementing quality solutions on time while balancing multiple priorities.
- Experience mentoring junior developers or training less technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated career progression in technical roles.
