Summary
The Salesforce Architect (AI-Driven Sales Optimization) will serve as the technology leader responsible for designing and executing an enterprise-grade Salesforce architecture that leverages AI to modernize and accelerate GTM (Go-To-Market) motions. This role will shape the future of how Sales teams operate by applying AI-based automation, insights, and productivity frameworks across the lead-to-cash lifecycle. The architect will collaborate with global business leaders, CRM engineering, ERP, RevOps, and data teams to deliver scalable, secure, and intelligent Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the enterprise Salesforce architecture strategy with a focus on AI-driven sales optimization.
- Design scalable, extensible Salesforce solutions leveraging Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and platform capabilities.
- Introduce and integrate AI/ML capabilities using Einstein AI, large language models, predictive scoring, automated insights, and conversational interfaces.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and GTM leaders to map business problems to AI-powered solutions that increase measurable productivity.
- Design and optimize lead management, opportunity progression, forecasting, account planning, and territory management workflows.
- Architect integrations between Salesforce and ERP, CPQ, data platforms, and external AI services.
- Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and create use-case roadmaps for automation, augmentation, and predictive analytics.
- Ensure solutions follow best practices in governance, security, scalability, and performance.
- Guide development teams with technical direction, design standards, and code/architecture reviews.
- Drive change management, user adoption, and training to ensure successful delivery of AI-first Salesforce capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience including development, solution design, and architecture.
- Hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, API integrations, and Salesforce data model.
- Strong experience applying AI/ML capabilities in Salesforce (Einstein, predictive scoring, ML models, AI automation, copilots, etc.).
- Deep functional understanding of GTM/Sales motions and lead-to-cash processes.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, CPQ, BI, and data platforms.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical architectures.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across global teams.
- Salesforce Architect certifications highly preferred (Application Architect, System Architect, CTA ideal).
