Salesforce Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.) that meet business requirements.
• Lead architectural discussions and define technical roadmap for Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust, scalable, and secure technical designs.
• Ensure best practices in Salesforce development, integration, and data governance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams and admins.
• Oversee the implementation of integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, Marketing Automation, Data Warehouses).
• Participate in code reviews, solution architecture documents, and system diagrams.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce security and data privacy standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years in an architecture role.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Solid experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, ETL tools, or middleware.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security model, role hierarchies, and sharing rules.
• Experience in CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, etc.) and Salesforce DX.
