Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions that integrate with Amazon Connect.
- Customize Salesforce applications to enhance user experience and meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights and analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce and Amazon Connect integration.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of Salesforce and Amazon Connect tools.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce and Amazon Connect features and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- 6-13 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Connect and its integration capabilities with Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning components.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and data integration tools.
- Knowledge of Salesforce service cloud and its functionalities.
- Familiarity with Call Center operations and telephony systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
