Key Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end Agentforce solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud (as the Grounded Knowledge Model) and the Einstein Trust Layer.
- Hybrid AI Integration: Architect Bring Your Own Model (BYOM) solutions, routing inference from Salesforce to pre-approved LLMs in Azure AI Foundry via secure REST APIs.
- Complex Use Case Delivery: Lead technical implementation for autonomous claims triage, proactive risk mitigation (event-driven architecture), and cross-cloud RAG (retrieval from CosmosDB).
- Governance & Enablement: Establish guardrails for citizen developers using Agentforce Builder and Flow, ensuring all code/config is managed in Azure DevOps with standard security scans.
- Integration: Design Apex Invocable Methods triggering MuleSoft APIs to backend SAP/ERP systems, and leverage Platform Events for real-time automation.
Required Skills
- 12+ years in Salesforce architecture; 2+ years hands-on with Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Einstein Trust Layer.
- Deep expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG patterns.
- Proven experience with BYOM architecture and routing inference to Azure AI Foundry (or AWS/GCP).
- Strong integration skills: REST/GraphQL APIs, Apex, Platform Events, and vector databases (e.g., CosmosDB).
- Familiarity with enterprise security, hallucination detection (e.g., ArizeAI), and IaC (Terraform) is a plus.
Certifications (Preferred)
- Salesforce Application/System Architect or AI Specialist.
