About The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Agent force Consultant to design, configure, and deploy AI-powered autonomous agents using Salesforce's Agent force platform. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing conversational AI solutions that enhance customer engagement, automate service workflows, and improve operational efficiency across Sales and Service functions.
Role & Responsibilities
Design and implement AI-powered autonomous agents using Agent force within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities across customer engagement journeys.
Configure and deploy Agent force Service Agents for customer support use cases.
Integrate Agent Force With
- Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- External enterprise systems via APIs
Build And Optimize
- Prompt templates
- Agent workflows
- Knowledge grounding strategies
Implement Conversation Flows Leveraging
- Salesforce Flows
- Apex
- Data Cloud (for contextual responses)
Ensure AI agents comply with enterprise governance and security policies.
Perform testing, monitoring, and performance tuning of deployed agents.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams.

38 years of Salesforce platform experience.
Hands-on Experience With
- Salesforce Flows
- Apex
- Lightning Experience
- LWC
Strong Understanding Of
- AI-driven automation
- Conversational interfaces
- Prompt engineering
Knowledge Of
- Data Cloud
- Einstein AI capabilities
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms using REST/SOAP APIs.
Good To Have
Exposure to chatbot frameworks or conversational AI platforms.
Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
