The Salesforce Administrator (Revenue Cloud & Contracts) is responsible for administering, configuring, and optimizing Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Salesforce Contracts, Service Cloud, and Scheduler solutions. This role supports quote-to-cash and revenue operations processes while ensuring platform stability, security, data integrity, and operational efficiency.

Additionally, this role is responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to implement scalable Salesforce solutions, improve business processes, and enhance user adoption across the organization.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Salesforce Revenue Cloud functionality to support quote-to-cash and revenue operations processes.
  • Support Salesforce Contracts administration, including contract lifecycle management and related business processes.
  • Administer and maintain Service Cloud and Salesforce Scheduler configurations to support business and customer service operations.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and analytics to support operational and business decision-making.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Flows and automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.
  • Manage user accounts, profiles, permission sets, roles, and security controls in accordance with governance requirements.
  • Perform data imports, exports, updates, and maintenance activities while ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Support deployment activities using Change Sets and coordinate release management efforts with technical teams.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and provide timely support to end users and business stakeholders.
  • Deliver user training, documentation, and support to drive Salesforce adoption and maximize platform value.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and platform enhancements.
  • Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and administrative procedures.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform enhancements, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications


Education

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.

Job-related Experience


  • Customarily has 3-5 years of experience administering Salesforce environments, including hands-on experience supporting Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Salesforce Contracts, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Scheduler.
  • Experience configuring Salesforce security, automation, reporting, dashboards, data management processes, and governance standards, as well as supporting deployments, release management activities, and end-user adoption within enterprise Salesforce environments.

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Salesforce Contracts, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Scheduler.
  • Experience with Salesforce Flows and business process automation.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboard development.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing models.
  • Experience with data management, governance, and platform administration best practices.
  • Understanding of Change Sets, deployment processes, and release management methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to support end users and drive platform adoption.
  • Experience with AgentForce for Service Cloud preferred.

Working Conditions

Work is primarily performed in an office, remote, or hybrid environment depending on business requirements. May require collaboration with global teams across multiple time zones. Ability to work extended hours or participate in after-hours support activities as needed to support project deliverables and operational requirements.
