YOUR IMPACT

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our team focusing on the administration of our Salesforce CRM as well as other tools in the Sales tech stack. They will play an important role in the implementation of new business processes that will be done through the Salesforce ecosystem. The Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management, including support tickets, with user satisfaction prioritized. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the platform and helping to streamline business processes with other Sales technology tools such as Clari, ZoomInfo, Outreach, etc.

  • Own user creation, deactivation, or changes throughout the Sales technology stack inclusive but not limited to roles, profiles, permission sets, groups and hierarchies
  • Assist in data quality management tasks, including data cleansing, data deduplication, and data import/export, to ensure accurate and reliable information within Salesforce.
  • Provide day-to-day user support, addressing user inquiries, resolving general user issues, and assisting in user training and onboarding to promote Salesforce adoption and proficiency.
  • Provide escalations from day-to-day support to the development team
  • Identify process or product quality gaps and provide or implement suggestions for resolution when possible.
  • At the direction of the Business and Development teams, support QA testing
  • Assist in the customization of Salesforce by configuring fields and objects.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of Salesforce configurations, processes, and templates for reference and training purposes.
  • Maintain data dictionaries along with Salesforce Business Analyst.
  • Support Office Hours Zoom program (30 min bi-weekly) for users to get real-time help regarding using and capitalizing on Salesforce features.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree or global equivalent experience preferred.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator or the ability to earn it within 1 year.
  • A minimum of 1 year with hands-on administration experience.
  • Salesforce CPQ support experience is a plus.
  • Proactive communication including responsiveness.
  • Active in the Salesforce community.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical language.
  • Excellent people skills.
  • Motivated to learn and help.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
