Role Overview
We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with up to 2 years of hands-on experience to manage, optimize, and continuously improve our Salesforce ecosystem.
In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success teams to ensure:
- Clean and well-structured data
- Reliable and actionable reporting
- Automation that reduces operational friction
- A scalable CRM system that supports business growth

Key Responsibilities
1. Salesforce Administration
- User setup, profiles, roles, and permission management
- Maintain data hygiene, deduplication, and data accuracy
- Create and manage custom fields and objects
- Optimize page layouts for usability and efficiency
- Implement validation rules to enforce data quality
2. Automation & Process Optimization
Build, maintain, and optimize:
- Salesforce Flows
- Process Builder and Workflow Rules
- Approval processes
- Lead routing logic
- Opportunity stage automation
- Email alerts and task triggers
3. Reporting & Dashboards
- Create custom reports for:
- Pipeline health
- Sales velocity
- Conversion rates
- Campaign attribution
- Build dashboards for Sales leadership and Marketing teams
4. Integrations
- Assist in maintaining integrations with:
- Marketing automation platforms
- LinkedIn and lead capture tools
- Email systems
- Other Go-To-Market (GTM) tools
5. Documentation & Governance
- Maintain Salesforce system documentation
- Recommend and enforce best practices
- Proactively identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Requirements
- 02 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
- Solid understanding of:
- Salesforce objects and relationships
- Validation rules
- Reports and dashboards
- Basic Salesforce Flows
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred, not mandatory)
- Strong logical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good communication and collaboration skills
Good-to-Have
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment
- Understanding of Sales and RevOps processes
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools
- Basic knowledge of SOQL
