Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce CPQ Specialist that will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and day-to-day operations of Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) functionality. You will be responsible for providing support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for Salesforce CPQ users, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing user requests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and IT, to gather requirements and ensure accurate configuration and pricing of products and services in CPQ.
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of Salesforce CPQ, including product catalog setup, price rule creation, and quote template customization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues, such as quote generation errors, pricing discrepancies, and product configuration problems.
- Monitor CPQ performance and system health, identifying and resolving any issues that may impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the CPQ processes.
- Document standard operating procedures and best practices for Salesforce CPQ operations and support.
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce CPQ releases, features, and functionality, and provide recommendations for process improvements and system optimizations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Salesforce CPQ operations or support role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ functionality, including product configuration, pricing, and quoting processes.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ integration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ integration.
- Experience with integrating Salesforce CPQ with email platforms like SendGrid for automated email processes.
- Salesforce CPQ certification is a plus.
