Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join a collaborative team focused on maximizing the value of Salesforce across the organization. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce users, partnering closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, efficient CRM solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills, is passionate about user adoption, and stays current with Salesforce releases and ecosystem innovations. You will play a key role in system administration, enhancements, integration, data integrity, and end-user enablement across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day Salesforce administration by reviewing, prioritizing, and resolving support tickets from internal users
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend practical, scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Perform core administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, and assignment rules
  • Evaluate, implement, and support AppExchange solutions and third-party integrations
  • Manage data imports, migrations, and bulk updates while ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Conduct regular data audits and cleanup activities to maintain system health
  • Create and maintain system documentation and develop training materials for end users
  • Provide after-hours support for urgent issues as needed and support biweekly release cycles
  • Stay informed on Salesforce platform updates, identify inefficiencies, and proactively recommend enhancements
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
  • Experience supporting both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong team player with a positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset

  • Preferred: Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS organization, supporting rapidly evolving business and technology needs
