Core Responsibilities:

User Management: Create/deactivate users, manage profiles, roles, and permissions to control access and maintain security.

Customization & Configuration: Tailor fields, objects, layouts, and page layouts to fit specific business processes.

Automation: Build workflows, process builder flows, and validation rules to automate tasks and improve efficiency.

Data Management: Ensure data quality, import/export data, and create reports/dashboards for insights.

User Support & Training: Train new users, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support.

Platform Maintenance: Stay updated on new features, fix bugs, and manage system health.

Integration: Connect Salesforce with other third-party applications.
