About The Role
We're hiring a Senior Salesforce Administrator who has grown beyond traditional admin work and operates confidently in a DevOps-driven Salesforce environment. You'll own platform configuration, release management, and CI/CD discipline for a large, fast-moving Salesforce org. This is a hands-on senior role - not a people-management track - for someone who enjoys being the technical anchor of the Salesforce team.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have more than 7 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience within enterprise organizations. A Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is mandatory, with Advanced Admin (ADM 211) or Platform App Builder certifications considered a strong plus. Candidates should possess a solid working knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools and practices, including experience with Salesforce CLI or similar tools. Experience with Git-based version control systems and CI/CD pipelines—such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Bitbucket Pipelines—is essential. A deep understanding of Salesforce metadata, deployment strategies, and sandbox management is required. Knowledge of Service Cloud functionalities and supporting global teams across different time zones will be advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary as this role involves direct interaction with onshore stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration tasks, including user account management, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and security controls to ensure optimal platform security and user access.
- Design, develop, and maintain declarative automation such as Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and custom objects to streamline business processes.
- Lead release management activities across various sandboxes (Development, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and Production) utilizing modern Salesforce DevOps toolchains to ensure smooth and reliable deployments.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce metadata, managing version control, branching strategies, and automated deployment processes to improve deployment efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate closely with developers, solution architects, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, sustainable Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure high code quality, deployment reliability, and readiness for rollback procedures, minimizing deployment failures and downtime.
- Investigate and troubleshoot production issues, manage incident resolution, and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, enforce governance standards, and prepare audit reports to ensure compliance and transparency.
