About The Role
We're hiring a Senior Salesforce Administrator who has grown beyond traditional admin work and operates confidently in a DevOps-driven Salesforce environment. You'll own platform configuration, release management, and CI/CD discipline for a large, fast-moving Salesforce org. This is a hands-on senior role - not a people-management track - for someone who enjoys being the technical anchor of the Salesforce team.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess over 7 years of extensive hands-on Salesforce administration experience within enterprise environments. A Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is mandatory, with additional certifications such as Advanced Admin (ADM 211) or Platform App Builder being highly preferred. Strong working knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools and concepts, including experience with Salesforce CLI, Git-based version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines, is essential. Candidates should have a deep understanding of Salesforce metadata, deployment strategies, and sandbox management. Knowledge of Service Cloud is required, along with experience supporting global teams across different time zones. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial as the role involves direct interaction with onshore stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day Salesforce administration, including managing users, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and security controls to ensure platform integrity and compliance.
- Design and maintain declarative automation such as Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and custom objects to optimize business processes.
- Lead release management activities across multiple sandboxes (Development, SIT, UAT, Production) utilizing modern Salesforce DevOps toolchains to ensure smooth and reliable deployments.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce metadata, managing version control, branching strategies, and automated deployment processes to enhance deployment efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions.
- Drive code quality initiatives, improve deployment reliability, and ensure rollback readiness to minimize system downtime and disruptions.
- Troubleshoot production issues, manage incidents efficiently, and conduct root cause analyses to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, governance standards, and ensure audit readiness to comply with organizational and regulatory requirements.
