About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator with expertise in Precursive/PSA to join our dynamic team remotely from India, supporting our operations during EST working hours. As a Salesforce Administrator at Aceolution, you will serve as the primary expert responsible for the design, configuration, and maintenance of our core operational systems, including Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud) and Precursive. This pivotal role ensures the seamless integration and functioning of our onboarding management processes within the Google Cloud Marketplace ecosystem. You will manage the entire lifecycle of platform enhancements, from request intake to deployment, ensuring that our systems operate efficiently and reliably. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver superior onboarding experiences to our partners and customers, making this a critical role within our organization.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise, practical experience, and a proactive mindset. You should have a minimum of three years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer, with proven proficiency in Salesforce configuration and development. Strong knowledge of Salesforce programming languages such as Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) is essential. Experience supporting Precursive (PSX/PSA) environments, including customization and ongoing maintenance, is highly desirable. Candidates must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the Salesforce security model, permissions, and automation tools like Flow Builder. The ability to manage the full lifecycle of platform developmentbuilding, testing, and deployingis crucial. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in the EST timezone to support the core team effectively.
Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Administrator at Aceolution, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Managing the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for platform enhancements, including gathering stakeholder requirements, prioritizing tasks, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Executing advanced Salesforce configuration tasks such as setting up security protocols, custom fields, objects, and automations through Flow Builder.
- Utilizing Salesforce development languages like Apex and Lightning Web Components to build custom solutions when declarative tools are insufficient.
- Performing deep-level maintenance and modifications within Precursive, including resource forecasting, project planning templates, and milestone management to support partner onboarding and project execution.
- Conducting thorough testing and quality assurance in sandbox environments to ensure all updates meet requirements and do not disrupt existing workflows or integrations.
- Managing deployment processes to release updates into production with minimal downtime, ensuring system stability and data integrity.
- Creating complex Salesforce and Precursive reports to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for system issues, troubleshooting, and user support, including enabling and training end-users on system functionalities.
