5+ years of QA experience in Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud
Salesforce Admin certification preferred but not mandatory
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with developers and business analysts
Understanding Salesforce solution design and user stories to ensure alignment with business needs
Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira
Ability to manage deliverables within the team and alongside third-party partners
Independently handling test design, execution, and defect resolution
Expertise in maintaining a Regression Test Suite to uphold functionality across key capabilities
Experience with QA automation (using Leapwork, Playwright), including maintaining and enhancing automation suites.
