Job Title : Salesforce Administrator

Location : Chennai

Department : IT / CRM Operations

Reports To : CRM Manager / IT Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce environment.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in user management, data security, automation, reporting, and user support.

Key Responsibilities

Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and licenses.
Ensure data integrity through validation rules, duplicate management, and regular audits.
Configure and maintain security settings including field-level, object-level, and record-level access.
Design and implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Approval Processes.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business insights.
Support end-users with training, documentation, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Evaluate new Salesforce features and AppExchange tools for potential adoption.
Manage sandbox environments and deployment processes.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (mandatory).
4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, data model, and automation tools.
Experience with reporting tools and dashboard creation.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with ITIL practices and tools like ServiceNow or JIRA is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Apex, LWC, or other development tools.
Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, etc.
