Preferred Location: Hyderabad / Coimbatore or Open for any LTM Locations

Experience: 5-8 Years

·        Must have Sales Cloud Experience cloud marketing cloud Byner Bullhorn

·        Understanding CICD

·        Focus Functional Configuration Testing and 2nd Level Support

Role Description

·        Functional Ownership Declarative configuration of Sales Cloud Bullhorn Connexys and Byner to align with business recruitment and financial workflows

·        Portal Management Configure and maintain the Experience Cloud environment

·        Byner Portal managing themes branding navigation and external user access

·        2nd Level Support Serve as the escalation point for the helpdesk resolving technical and handling issues related to the supported applications

·        Process Automation Design test and deploy Salesforce Flows to automate the applications

·        Integration Monitoring Perform daily health checks on logs identify and resolve data mapping or validation errors at the functional level

·        Platform Monitoring and maintenance Ensure availability performance and security of the platform Prepare and install patches and updates

·        Scrum Participation Active involvement in Sprint ceremonies translating business needs into detailed User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria

·        Create increments together with team members and requestors

Required Skills

·        Declarative development Knowledge of Flow Builder Validation Rules Setup and Sharing Architecture

·        Technical and end user documentation

·        Salesforce platform good knowledge of the Salesforce platform features setup and applications like Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud

·        Experience Cloud Proven ability to build and manage sites using Experience Builder

·        Marketing Cloud Understanding of Marketing Cloud classic and next generation configuration and integration

·        Managed Package Proficiency Functional understanding of Bullhorn Connexys and Byner

·        Security Access Expertise in Permission Sets and sharings

·        Platform Security Understanding of security settings and incident management

·        Software Lifecycle deployment of releases and changes between sandboxes and production environment CICD pipelines using tools like GitHub VSCode Jira

·        Vendor management Communication with vendors like Salesforce or Bullhorn to solve issues prepare and implement software patches and packages

Experience Soft Skills

·        Experience 5 years as a Salesforce Admin

·        Scrum Proven experience of working in an Agile Scrum team

·        Communication High English proficiency ability to translate technical jargon for business stakeholders Ability to solve support tickets with the end user and 3rd Level

·        Support German language proficiency favourable

·        Mindset Agile team player confident creative communicative proactive willingness to take over tasks responsibilities and ownership and to work independently
