Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Administration & Operations

  • Own day-to-day administration and maintenance of the Salesforce platform
  • Manage user access, roles, profiles, security settings, and sharing rules, enforcing best practices
  • Perform proactive system maintenance, including security reviews, release updates, health checks, and Optimizer
  • Oversee sandbox environments, backups, and integration with external applications
  • Continuously identify opportunities for platform optimization and process improvements

Support & Troubleshooting

  • Handle support tickets and resolve technical issues promptly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements that improve adoption and operational efficiency
  • Provide guidance to users and promote best practices in Salesforce usage

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure governance, compliance, and adherence to organizational policies across Salesforce processes
  • Maintain documentation and reporting for audits and internal control purposes
  • Stay updated with new Salesforce features and updates to keep the platform future-ready
