Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration & Operations
- Own day-to-day administration and maintenance of the Salesforce platform
- Manage user access, roles, profiles, security settings, and sharing rules, enforcing best practices
- Perform proactive system maintenance, including security reviews, release updates, health checks, and Optimizer
- Oversee sandbox environments, backups, and integration with external applications
- Continuously identify opportunities for platform optimization and process improvements
Support & Troubleshooting
- Handle support tickets and resolve technical issues promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements that improve adoption and operational efficiency
- Provide guidance to users and promote best practices in Salesforce usage
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure governance, compliance, and adherence to organizational policies across Salesforce processes
- Maintain documentation and reporting for audits and internal control purposes
- Stay updated with new Salesforce features and updates to keep the platform future-ready
