We are looking for an Intermediate Software Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Administration & Configuration

  • Serve as part of a centralized Salesforce system administration team
  • Handle core administrative functions, including:
    • User management and end‑user support
    • Report and dashboard creation
    • Workflow configuration and process automation
    • Custom app and object creation
  • Deliver new Salesforce configuration requests, ranging from simple enhancements to complex system changes
Integration & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between business users, vendors, and internal application teams
  • Assess and communicate the impact of new requirements in a highly integration‑dependent Salesforce ecosystem
  • Support smooth coordination across cross‑functional teams

Governance, Compliance & System Health

  • Conduct regular internal system audits and support Salesforce version upgrades
  • Design, implement, and maintain governance and compliance processes
  • Ensure platform stability, scalability, and adherence to Salesforce best practices

Critical Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience working with Salesforce.com in an administration or development capacity

Certifications (Mandatory)

  • Salesforce Administrator Certifications:
    • ADM201
    • ADM211
Technical Competencies

  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to:
    • Build custom apps and objects
    • Configure fields, formulas, workflows, and custom views
    • Design and support complex business processes
  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce best practices
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and handle concurrent requests
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a creative and solution‑oriented approach
