StepsAI is building AIDE, a next-generation AI agent widget for websites and e-commerce brands. We are looking for a sales professional with creativity, hunger, and genuine drive- not someone who just follows scripts or relies only on traditional outreach.
We want someone who lives and breathes sales, thinks outside the box, and can sell anywhere, anytime.
What You Will Do
- Prospect and engage customers across any channel where they exist: calls, emails, LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, Slack groups, communities, events, meetups- even offline interactions when needed
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of qualified leads
- Handle demos, follow-ups, objections, and closing
- Create new, creative outreach ideas beyond normal tools and templates
- Lead conversations with confidence and adapt your approach to different buyer personalities
- Coordinate closely with marketing, design, product, and tech teams
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene, reporting, and deal tracking
- Eventually help guide or manage junior sales members
What We Are Looking For
- 14 years of sales experience (SaaS or tech background is a plus)
- Ability to operate in EST hours from our Hyderabad office
- Strong communication skills across voice, email, and social platforms
- Proven ability to sell to different audiences using non-traditional approaches
- Comfortable selling in online and offline environments
- High initiative and willingness to experiment with new outreach ideas
- Someone who genuinely cares about the craft of selling
- Not a bluffer- honest, grounded, and committed
- Long-term mindset; wants to grow with the company and the product
- Able to collaborate tightly with founders and other teams
