Role Overview:
We are looking for a drivenReal Estate Sales & Business Development Executivewho will be responsible forlead generation, CP calling, client handling, and end-to-end sales closuresat our Goa project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handlereal estate salesthrough walk-ins, references, and generated leads
- Conductcold calling & inside sales activitiesfor lead generation
- Connect with and activateChannel Partners (CPs)for business sourcing
- Performregular CP callingto generate leads and maintain relationships
- Managesite visits, client presentations, and property walkthroughs
- Ensure strongfollow-ups for leads and site visitsfor faster closures
- Coordinate with internal teams forbooking, documentation, and closures
- Maintain dailylead tracking, calling reports, and sales updates on the CRM system.
- Drivebusiness development activitiesto increase project visibility
Required Skills:
- Strong experience inReal Estate Sales & Business Development
- Hands-on experience inLead Generation, Cold Calling & Inside Sales
- Ability to handleCP sourcing and relationship management
- Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Target-driven with ago-getter attitude
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate with36 years of real estate experience
- Proven track record insales closures
- Comfortable withfield work (some times)+ calling-based role
- Immediate / early joiners preferred
