Role : Sales Training Manager (B2C Sales)

Location: Delhi/NCR/Gurugram

About the Role

Hero Vired is looking for an experienced Sales Training Manager and/or Manager Sales Enablement to lead consultative sales capability building across its B2C sales teams. This role will drive training strategy, sales quality improvement, and complex learner conversion enablement while partnering closely with Sales leadership, Faculty, Alumni, and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver consultative sales training programs for new and existing Learning Consultants.
  • Lead onboarding and floor readiness of new sales hires and drive ongoing capability development.
  • Audit sales calls, coach teams and managers, and implement performance improvement plans.
  • Support conversion of complex or high-value learners through advanced profiling and positioning.
  • Act as the bridge between Sales, Faculty, and Alumni to enable effective learner interactions.
  • Develop and maintain sales collateral, messaging frameworks, and product updates for the sales floor.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and sales quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Host webinars, demo sessions, and learner events to strengthen program positioning and conversion.
  • Partner with Sales leadership on hiring assessments and capability building initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 812 years of experience in B2C sales training, sales enablement, or consultative sales leadership.
  • Proven track record of improving sales capability and conversion in high-velocity sales environments.
  • Strong training delivery, coaching, and stakeholder management experience.

  • New LC onboarding readiness time
  • Training adoption & assessment scores
  • Conversion of complex learner segments
