Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA with 1015 years of experience in product, sales, and capability training.

Location: Advant IT Park, Sector 142, Noida

About The role

The role involves leading and executing the national training strategy with end-to-end ownership of large-scale training initiatives. The incumbent will manage pan-India training teams, translate strategy into execution, and deliver measurable business impact through effective stakeholder engagement and communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive and execute the national training strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead and manage a pan-India team of trainers ensuring consistent delivery.
• Plan and deliver nationwide product launch and retail training programs.
• Develop engaging, consumer-mindset-led training content using digital tools.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer programs to build and scale trainer capability.
• Ensure high training coverage and certification compliance across regions.
• Track training effectiveness and measure business impact through reporting.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Retail teams.
